Earned Leave Surrender Deferred order dated 26-07-2021

Vide GO(P) No.104/2021/Fin Dated 26/07/2021, the Periodical Surrender of Earned Leave by Employees and Teachers including those on temporary appointments will be deferred for a further period of six months with effect from 01/06/2021. Last Grade Employees, Part Time Contingent Employees  and Municipal Contingent Employees are exempted from this order. This order will be applicable to all pending bills as on date of this order. Sanction already issued, which are pending encashment will be cancelled and earned leave will be re-credited to the leave account of the respective employees.

This order will be applicable to the employees of Universities, Autonomous Bodies, Grant in Aid Institutions, Statutory Undertakings, Welfare Boards, Apex Societies and Public Sector Undertakings. Download order from the link below.
