NOC for Evening/ part-time Courses - Guideline
Guideline issued for granting No Objection Certificate to Govt. Employees for attending Evening/ Part-time/ Distant Education/ Online courses vide GO(Ms)No.6/2024/P&ARD Dated 07/06/2024 and GO(Ms)No.381/2024/P&ARD Dated 24/09/2024 as detailed below.
- Application should be submitted to the Head of Department two month before the commencement of the course.
- Head of the Department should take a decision within 15 days on receipt of application.
- Attending of online/ offline courses not permitted during office time.
- 30 Km limi from office to institution has been withdran vide GO(Ms)No.381/2024/P&ARD Dated 24/09/2024
- Disciplinary action will be taken against the employee who attend the courses without prior sanction.
- No protection for transfer on adminstrative convenience to employees who got NOC for attending the courses.
