KS&SSR Amendment (Third) 2026 - Vide G.O. (P) No.12/2026/P&ARD Dated 07-08-2026, the seniority shall not be protected for inter-unit / inter-departmental transfers and as per sub-rule(i) of rule 18 of Part II of Kerala State and Subordinate Services Rules, 1958, it is stipulated that an inter departmental transferee shall have to undergo probation in the new department.
