Vide G.O.(P)No.44/2026/FIN Dated 06-03-2026, issued orders regarding payment of dearness arrears to State govt employees and pensioners due from 01/01/2021 to 28/02/2026 during the financial year 2026-27 in eight installments. Detailed order regarding the disbursement of arrear will be issued later.

Vide GO(P) No.27/2026/FIN Dated 20/02/2026, sanctioned one installemnt of Dearness Allowance (10%) due up to  01/07/2025 to Kerala Government Employees and Teachers along with the salary of March 2026. Also enhanced dearness relief to Pensioners along with the pension of April 2026. Separate order will be published regarding the DA arrears from 01/01/2024 to 28/02/2026.

Vide GO(P) No.15/2026/FIN Dated 04/02/2026, sanctioned one installemnt of Dearness Allowance (3%) due on 01/07/2023 to Kerala Government Employees and Teachers along with the salary of February 2026. Also enhanced dearness relief to Pensioners along with the pension of March 2026. Separate order will be published regarding the DA arrears from 01/07/2023 to 31/01/2026.

Vide GO(P) No.135/2025/FIN Dated 30/10/2025, sanctioned one installemnt of Dearness Allowance (4%) due on 01/01/2023 to Kerala Government Employees and Teachers along with the salary of October 2025. Also enhanced dearness relief to Pensioners along with the pension of November 2025. The order did not mention the DA arrears from 01/01/2023 to 30/09/2025

Vide GO(P) No.105/2025/FIN Dated 25/08/2025, sanctioned one installemnt of Dearness Allowance (3%) due on 01/07/2022 to Kerala Government Employees and Teachers along with the salary of August 2025. Also enhanced dearness relief to Pensioners along with the pension of September 2025. The order did not mention the DA arrears from 01/07/2022 to 31/07/2025. 

Vide GO(P) No.29/2025/FIN Dated 20/03/2025, sanctioned one installemnt of Dearness Allowance (3%) due on 01/01/2022 to Kerala Government Employees and Teachers along with the salary of April 2025. Also enhanced dearness relief to Pensioners along with the pension of April 2025. The order did not mention the DA arrears from 01/01/2022 to 31/03/2025. 

Vide GO(P) No.91/2024/FIN Dated 26/10/2024, sanctioned one installemnt of Dearness Allowance (3%) due on 01/07/2021 to Kerala Government Employees and Teachers along with the salary of October 2024. The order did not mention the DA arrears from 01/07/2021 to 30/09/2024. 

Vide GO(P) No.17/2024/FIN Dated 12/03/2024, sanctioned one installemnt of Dearness Allowance (2%) due on 01/01/2021 to Kerala Government Employees and Teachers along with the salary of April 2024. The order not mentioned the DA arrears from 01/01/2021 to 31/03/2024. 

Vide Circular No.36/2021/Fin Dated 20/04/2021, modified the disbursement of DA arrear from 01/01/2019 to 28/02/2021 and it will be paid in cash along with April Salary/Pension in respect of Retired and Provident Fund closed employees.

Govt have clarified vide circular No.35/2021/Fin Dated 15/04/2021, the frozen DA/DR w.e.f 01/01/2020 and 01/07/2020 for all Employees and Pensioners (UGC/AICTE /Medical Education) who are drawing ugc scale will be granted DA/DR only on restoration of the same by Government of India.

Vide GO(P)No.25/2021/Fin Dated 08/02/2021, revised Dearness Allowance to Govt Employees and Dearness Relief to Pensioners w.e.f 01/01/2019.Enhanced from the existing rate of 20% to 23% w.e.f 01/01/2019 , 28%, w.e.f  01/07/2019,  32%, w.e.f. 01/01/2020 and  36% and w.e.f. 01/07/2020. Enhanced rate of DA will be paid in cash from the salary for the month of March 2021 and arrears from January 2019 to February 2021 will be merged in the PF account.
