Earned Leave Surrender for 2025-'26 Sanctioned order issued
Vide GO(P) No.36/2025/Fin Dated 27/03/2025, Orders issued to credit the Earned Leave Surrender for the year 2025-26 in the Provident Fund w.e.f 01/04/2025 and this cannot be permitted to withdrawn till 31/03/2029. Those employees including provisional hands who do not have Provident fund, Last Grade Employees & Part-time contingent employees will be paid in cash w.e.f 01/04/2025. This order will be applicable to the employees of Universities, Autonomous Bodies, Grant in Aid Institutions, Statutory Undertakings, Welfare Boards, Apex Societies and Public Sector Undertakings.

Dearness Allowance Order issued Dated 20/03/2025
Vide GO(P) No.29/2025/FIN Dated 20/03/2025, sanctioned one installemnt of Dearness Allowance (3%) due on 01/01/2022 to Kerala Government Employees and Teachers along with the salary of April 2025. Also enhanced dearness relief to Pensioners along with the pension of April 2025. The order did not mention the DA arrears from 01/01/2022 to 31/03/2025. കേരള സംസ്ഥാന ഇൻഷുറൻസ് വകുപ്പ് - ജീവന്‍ രക്ഷാ പദ്ധതി (ഗ്രൂപ്പ് പേഴ്സണൽ ആക്സിഡന്റ് ഇൻഷുറൻസ് പദ്ധതി - GPAIS) 2025 വർഷത്തേയ്ക്കുള്ള പദ്ധതി പുതുക്കി സ.ഉ.(അച്ചടി) നം.99/2024/ധന തിയ്യതി 19/11/2024 പ്രകാരം ഉത്തരവായി. ഇന്‍ഷ്വറന്‍സ് തുക പതിനഞ്ച് ലക്ഷമായി തുടരും. പ്രീമിയം തുക 1000 രൂപ. പ്രീമിയം തുക നവംമ്പര്‍ മാസത്തെ ശമ്പളത്തില്‍ നിന്നും പിടിച്ച് 31/12/2024 നു മുമ്പായി അടയ്ക്കണം. കൂടുതല്‍ അറിയുന്നതിന് ഉത്തരവ് താഴെ കൊടുത്ത ലിങ്കില്‍ നിന്നും ഡൌണ്‍ലോഡ് ചെയ്യാം.

Conveyance Allowance to Physically Handicapped Employees
- Introduced vide Order GO(P) No.364/80/Fin Dated 11/06/1980.
- Conveyance Allowance not admissible during leave (except Casual leave), joining time or suspension.
- Conveyance Allowance is admissible on Special Casual Leave [GO(P) No.404/2011/Fin Dated 24/09/2011].
- Conveyance Allowance is admissible on Vacation period.
- An Orthopaedically handicapped employee will be eligible for conveyance allowance, if he has a minimum 40% permanent partial disability of the upper or Lower extremity deformities:
- The conveyance allowance will be admissible to the orthopaedically handicapped employees on the basis of a medical certificate issued by the Head of Orthopaedics Department of a Government Civil Hospital.
- In the case of a blind employee, the allowance will be admissible on the recommendation of the Head of Ophthalmological Department of a Government Civil Hospital
- The employees eligible for the allowance shall apply for the grant of the allowance to the heads of their departments. The allowance will be payable with effect from the date of recommendation of the concerned Medical Authority

വാട്ടര്‍ അതോറിറ്റി ജീവനക്കാരുടെ ശമ്പളം 01/07/2019 പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ പരിഷ്കരിച്ച് 25/10/2022 ലെ GO(P) No.23/2022/WRD നമ്പര്‍ പ്രകാരം ഉത്തരവായി. 01/07/2021 നാണ് ശ്രീ.കെ.മോഹന്‍ദാസ് അദ്ധ്യക്ഷനായ പതിനൊന്നാം ശമ്പള കമ്മീഷന്‍ വാട്ടര്‍ അതോറിറ്റി ജീനവക്കാരുടെ ശമ്പളവും പെന്‍ഷനും പരിഷ്കരിക്കുന്നതിന് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് സമര്‍പ്പിച്ചത്. 01/07/2019 മുതല്‍ പ്രാബല്യത്തില്‍ പരിഷ്കരണം ലഭിക്കും. പരിഷ്കരിച്ച ശമ്പളം സെപ്തംബര്‍ 2022 ലെ ശമ്പളം മുതല്‍ ക്യാഷായി ലഭിക്കും. അതുവരെയുള്ള കുടിശ്ശിക പി.എഫ് എക്കൌണ്ടില്‍ നാലു ഗഡുക്കളായി ലയിപ്പിക്കും. പരിഷ്കരിച്ച അലവന്‍സുകള്‍ 01/10/2022 മുതല്‍ ലഭിക്കും. ശമ്പള പരിഷ്കരണ ഉത്തരവും അതു പ്രകാരം പുതുക്കിയ ശമ്പളം നിര്‍ണ്ണയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള യൂട്ടിലിറ്റിയും താഴെ കൊടുത്ത ലിങ്കില്‍ നിന്നും ഡൌണ്‍ലോഡ് ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്.
Earned Leave Surrender Deferred order dated 26-07-2021
Vide GO(P) No.104/2021/Fin Dated 26/07/2021, the Periodical Surrender of Earned Leave by Employees and Teachers including those on temporary appointments will be deferred for a further period of six months with effect from 01/06/2021. Last Grade Employees, Part Time Contingent Employees and Municipal Contingent Employees are exempted from this order. This order will be applicable to all pending bills as on date of this order. Sanction already issued, which are pending encashment will be cancelled and earned leave will be re-credited to the leave account of the respective employees.
